Terms of use

Version 2026-10-13 · Updated 13 October 2026

The agreement between you and RideMind. Please read section 4, "Riding at your own risk".

1. Your agreement

RideMind is provided by Rigomi Limited, company number 13075694, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Contact support@ridemind.ai. These terms explain your rights and ours when you use RideMind. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle your information.

2. Coaching and its limits

RideMind analyses your riding footage and gives you automatically generated coaching and practice suggestions. It can misunderstand a clip or suggest something that doesn't suit your circumstances. Illustrations show an example of a suggested position; they aren't recordings of what happened or a guarantee that a technique is safe.

RideMind doesn't replace qualified in-person instruction, and it can't judge whether a move, an obstacle or a place is safe for you. It doesn't give medical advice, and it doesn't promise improvement, freedom from injury or any particular result. Enduro is the discipline RideMind is built for today; don't rely on anything marked "coming soon".

3. Safe use

Off-road motorcycling can cause serious injury or death. Before you try anything, think about your ability, your protective kit, your bike's condition, the ground, whether you're allowed to ride there, and the conditions on the day. Build up gradually. Stop if a suggestion seems unsafe or wrong for you, and get qualified help.

Never use the app, read it or touch your camera while you're riding. If you film a ride, fix the camera securely and start recording before you set off.

4. Riding at your own risk

Off-road riding is dangerous. RideMind's coaching is made by AI, and AI sometimes makes mistakes. You decide what to try, where and when — RideMind can't see the conditions on the day and can't control your bike. You ride your own bike at your own risk. If you use RideMind for your child, you hold the account and you decide what they try.

When you create an account you confirm this by ticking the box at sign-up: "I'm 18 or over. I've read the Terms and Privacy Notice. I understand AI sometimes makes mistakes, and riders ride their own bike at their own risk." We record that you ticked it, when, and which version of these terms you agreed to. Every coaching report repeats the short version: "AI sometimes makes mistakes. You ride your own bike at your own risk."

This section is about the risks of riding and who makes the decisions on the day. It doesn't take away anything in section 9.

5. Your account and young riders

You must be 18 or over to have an account. Keep your account secure and give us accurate information. A parent or guardian can use RideMind for their child: the parent holds the account, films and uploads the rides, and reads the coaching. The child doesn't use the app.

Still being confirmed

How our suppliers' terms apply to coaching young riders through a parent's account. If they don't allow it, we may have to stop coaching young riders. We're still confirming this. If you need the detail now, email support@ridemind.ai.

6. Your footage and what you allow us to do with it

Your footage stays yours. Only upload footage you have the right to share — including agreement from people who can be identified in it, and from a parent or guardian where that's needed. Avoid filming other people and private conversations you don't need. If you think something on RideMind breaks your rights, email support@ridemind.ai.

You allow Rigomi, and the companies that work for it, to use what you upload only to give you the analysis, coaching, saved report pictures and clips, and support you ask for — including making clearly labelled coaching illustrations — and to keep RideMind secure and fix problems. That doesn't let us sell your footage, use it in advertising or train AI on it.

Anything beyond that — helping improve RideMind, or showing your clip publicly — would need its own separate permission, and saying no will never stop your coaching.

7. Privacy, how long we keep things, and deletion

Our Privacy notice names the companies that help us, what they do, and how long things are kept. You can delete your account at any time from Account deletion on your Profile in the app, or from our Delete your account page.

8. Credits and payments

RideMind doesn't sell anything yet: the ride credits that come with your account are free. One credit is one analysed ride, and if an analysis fails, the credit comes back. Before we ever charge for anything, we'll update these terms and show you the price, what's included and how to cancel before you pay. Nothing here limits your legal rights.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit.

Still being confirmed

The rest of this section — what we're responsible for beyond that. We're still confirming this. If you need the detail now, email support@ridemind.ai.

10. Misuse, interruptions and ending access

Don't upload anything unlawful, try to reach another rider's information, interfere with RideMind or get around its protections. We may limit or suspend an account to protect riders, look into misuse or follow the law; where we reasonably can, we'll explain why and how to challenge it. We can't promise RideMind will always be available.

11. Changes, complaints and the law

We'll explain important changes to these terms and their effect before they apply. The version and date are at the top of this page. For a complaint, email support@ridemind.ai; complaints about your information follow our Privacy notice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. That doesn't take away any consumer protection or right to go to court that you have where you live.

Still being confirmed

Which countries RideMind is offered in, and how that affects these terms. We're still confirming this. If you need the detail now, email support@ridemind.ai.
