Delete your RideMind account

You can permanently delete your account, all rides, analyses, and footage directly inside the RideMind app. No email required.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login details
  • All ride videos and footage you uploaded, including any copies kept with your reports
  • All coaching reports, with their pictures and clips
  • Your profile, profile picture, bikes and their photos, and credits

How to delete your account

  1. 1.Open your Profile (the person icon at the top of the screen).
  2. 2.Scroll to the bottom of the page, to Account deletion.
  3. 3.Tap Delete account.
  4. 4.Tap Yes, delete everything.

Deleting your account is immediate and can't be undone. A few records can stay for a while, for example the record of your invitation, any waitlist sign-up, and copies in backups and with the companies that help us run RideMind. Our Privacy notice explains how long. If you have trouble accessing the app, contact us at support@ridemind.ai and we will delete your account manually within 30 days.
